Shannen Doherty?

A little while ago, [info]annzah led me to this site: My Heritage Face Recognition
You can have your picture analyzed to see what celebrity you look like.

I clicked in into my del.icio.us and just now got around to uploading a photo of myself - specifically my default LJ userpic.

The result?

SHANNEN DOHERTY!

I didn't see that one coming at all. Though I really don't mind because I consider her pretty. I suppose I'm happy with the main result. Some of the alternates are a touch scary: Liza Minelli, Barbra Streisand, Anne Rice?!?! Are you kidding?!

At the very least, Ms. Doherty is in my age group. Also unexpectedly in the plus column: Alyson Hannigan and Sandra Bullock.

You should try it, it's fun! I'm going to upload another photo to see what happens...

It seems to be based more on face positions & expressions because I get different people depending on what picture I use.

I got Alyson Hannigan twice, and Kate Winslet. I don't think I look like either of them.

dammit Echo, if you looked like Anne Rice that would be awesome, cos i love her books.

did P.J come up at all? cos i'll never forget the first time i met you and i said "you look like P.J Harvey". because you DO.

who cares what a computer thinks? it only matters what I THINK, DAMMIT. :D

KARA - first of all, call me for THE SHIELD tomorrow night. secondly, don't let me forget to tell you about the whole "Brokeback Mountain" incident with Bettina.... it was very reminiscent of when we watched "Frailty" with your dad.

I tried six different pictures, and they could find nary a match for any of them. I'm not sure if I should take that in a good way, that I'm unique, or in a bad way, that I'm funny lookin'.
